Population Dynamics and Projections
Given the importance that the volume and the age structures of populations reveal in various fields of social and economic areas, the main objective of this group is the development and application of methods and techniques of analysis focus on the possible future developments of population dynamics, including the three demographic components: fertility, mortality, and migration. The research undertaken by this group has a special focus on the analysis of migration.
